Become
Healthier and Fitter
Healthy mind
and body are the foremost valuable assets in life. While most people
want to become healthier and fitter they usually have limited time
to devote to fitness, and also often ignore health key facts. Here
are a few things you SHOULD know to enjoy the benefits of a healthy,
happy life.
Exercise
Make it a daily challenge to find ways to move your body. Climb
stairs, walk your dog; play with your kids. Anything that moves
your limbs is a fitness tool and a stress buster. If you have time
to join a Gym, just do it. If not, purchase our home fitness program,
and exercise alone or with friends at home. A bi-weekly workout
following our program will ensure that you keep your body in perfect
condition, and make you a lot healthier.
Exercise not
only keeps you in good apparent shape. It also boosts you stamina,
increases your strength and energy, and thus allows you better performance
at work. It doesn't matter if you are a businessman or a housewife;
exercise will improve your breathing and blood circulation, diminish
the heart problems risks and improve your immunology and resistance
to outside influences - stress, bacteria, etc¡K
Keep a healthy
Diet
Reduce Fat by avoiding fried foods and fatty meats (i.e. pork, bacon,
ham). If you are overweight, purchase low-fat products. Eat nuts,
mayonnaise, butter and sauces in limited amounts. Drink large amounts
of water, and take food supplements such as multivitamins.
Avoid Smoking
Tobacco smoking has been condemned since 1960, but there has been
a surge in smoking in adolescents, teens, and women. Quit smoking
and warn your children of the dangers of smoking.
Reduce Stress
There are many ways to reduce stress. Massage, yoga, meditation
and sports are those that come to mind first. The less obvious are
soaking in a hot bath; walking in a park; reading a good book; visiting
a friend; watch a funny movie; etc...
Care for
Your Teeth
Brush and floss your teeth. Teeth are closely related to your health.
Keep a Positive
Mental Outlook
There's a definitive connection between living well and healthy
and having a cheerful outlook on life. Keep smiling, keep singing,
and enjoy life!
